Selena Seiler offers nutrition coaching, online consultations, group programs, online courses, and offline training sessions and events. Services are provided online via video call and, where applicable, in person in Zug, Switzerland.

By submitting a registration or consultation request through our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Receive a confirmation email with access details after payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal). We accept major credit and debit cards.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• The payment information you provide is accurate

• Individual consultations: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
• Offline training sessions and events: tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us
• Online courses and programs (including the 7-day program): no refunds after access has been granted, except as covered under a specific guarantee period offered at time of purchase
